I'm hunting for the perfect underwear. Yes, I am picky, but at 42 years of age, I know what I want, and what I don't want. Here's what I want:1 - Fits well (doesn't ride up in the back, doesn't pinch the legs by having too small of holes, doesn't pull down in the back)2 - Pleasant material that holds shape, holds up to washing, and doesn't stretch out or shrink3 - Not look like a granny or a teenagerThese had great reviews, so I bought a pair to try. Since plenty of other reviews sing these praises, I'm going to discuss their shortcomings:1 - They ride up. I have noticed that when I wear pants, my underwear tends to stay in place. But when I have a skirt or a dress on, the movement of the fabric as I walk makes most underwear ride up my cheeks. This happens with almost all underwear with bikini or boy short design, and is usually only minimized by the use of granny panties. I keep some in my wardrobe just for use with skirts. These do not allow me to pitch those. Also, after a day of wearing, they feel pretty tight around the leg holes.2 - They are see through. I ordered the nude color. The material is soft and stretchy, but it is also pretty transparent. And I don't want to see through underwear.Just so you know for sizing, I am 5' 8" tall, 130 lbs, and bought size Medium.
