I initially bought these when I had a hip replacement and didn't want an elastic leg band digging into the incision. All I can say is I will be wearing these from now on. They are cool, soft, comfy and breathable. The best part is that the legs are longer than the cotton Hanes ones, and the material keeps them from rolling up. They run a little big and are expensive.
