This is so far THE BEST low back bra I've tried on.The cups have three stays sealed into the (heavy) foam they're made of to to keep the foam from being crushed. The foam cup is just there to be a strong foundation, it doesn't have any added volume to create the look of larger breasts. The reinforced cups are incredibly strong and durable; they really uplift, even without the help of the usual back strap. The foam of the cup also prevents "headlights" in cooler weather. Additionally, the bra came with attachable clear straps to give a little more support if you need it and can get away with straps. The downside, to me at least is that this doesn't come in F+ cup sizes, so I will have to get it altered a bit. (I usually wear a 30" band size with a G or FF cup).If you're within the cup sizing for this style, the band size may run a little small. I got a 36 band size and it was almost ok to wear on the smallest hooks, even though I usually wear a size 30 band. When ordering you may want to size up your band, which is pretty common for low back or strapless bras.If you're built like me, remember that as the band size gets bigger, the cup size gets bigger also, so a 32G has about the same cup size as a 34FF, which also has about the same cup size as a 36F, meaning that with some simple alterations, even girls like me can get some support for special occasion dresses (the alterations are fairly inexpensive and defiantly worth it, spillage is SO not attractive and the wibble-wobble effect really only looks good on Lara Croft).Another great feature of this bra is that it is smoothing and reaches down to below the tummy, so there isn't even a muffin top issue (^_^). I don't think I can think of a way to express how excited I was trying on a special occasion bra that actually fit me so well.
