Great Sandals.The quality is great and would have kept them if they were the correct size.Returned and the refund is very slow, 17 days waiting so far.Adjust them once and then us the strong magnets to keep them on.Very comfortable.I am a sucker for “mandals” and Clark’s has been a brand that makes the best sandal for men for years. It costs a bit more than other brands but I will always pay the premium for the durability and comfort. The only reason I ever retire them is because they start to smell like my gross feet after using them as much as I do. The magnetic strap on this pair is a really nice feature that allows you to take them on and off even faster than traditional sandals.I had purchased a pair of these sandals 5 or 6 years ago and really like them. They are comfortable and I wear them most every day. I have been looking for another pair for the past year and finally found them about 2 weeks ago. I decided to buy them and received them much sooner than the delivery date. They fit perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy them because one doesn’t know when an item will be discontinued.After a month of struggling with the magnetic latches my husband gave up. Eventually the magnets pulled out and we couldn't get them back in the correct alignment after a lot of struggling and of course, I didn't pay attention to the drop dead time on the return, and so . . I guess I'll give this another try!!! Meanwhile, got a pair of Ecco's at Nordstrom! No magnetic snaps. He loves them.I have Clarks (MAX cushion model) size 10US M which fits my foot very well.I ordered this model (Unstructured) same size, 10US. I found them too longer half a number.I realized that I should had ordered 9.5US which are the 43EU and not as declared be Clarks.I can't use them, as back sandals strap can't be fitted.The delievery price not worth the returning and also they stopped to deliver it to Israel.I hope my son can use them.I am so sorry to rate them 2 from 5. cause I can't use them.If they were the right size i am sure I would rated them 5 as they seems really good.These sandals have a magnetic latch that makes them super easy to get in and out of. They are also well made and don't pinch or rub.Very pleased with a quality product but I have knocked 2 stars off because it is obvious that Clark's have done a cost cutting exercise on the straps.i don't have wide feet but the adjustable Velcro strap going across the foot only grip about 1 inch of the Velcro and leave about 1 and a half inches of Velcro unusable. Same withe the adjustable ankle straps, there is only just enough length of strap to go around my slim ankles.a bit disappointed with something costing a premium price such as this.i would NOT reccomend them for anyone with wide ankles or feet.i hope that Clark's read this review.Purchased back in May for my holiday at the end of June, unfortunately half way through the first week the magnetic clasp broke In half (as per photo)! Very disappointing as purchased same sandals with Velcro fastening many years ago and worn whilst travelling all over the world and they are still wearable but fancied some new ones. Probably a fault in manufacturing of clasp. Now completely unwearable after only a few days wear!Can these be exchanged or repaired or a Refund given as these sandals are Clarke’s and not cheap!This a new version of some sandals I have had brilliant service from for several years. However my new ones which arrived, are labelled as UK 8 size, and there is obviously some mistake as they are NOT size 8 but size 9. I compared my sandals with a friend's pair which are size 9 and my new Clarks matched pefectly !I did contact Clarks but because I had worn them outside on two very brief occasions, they refused to do anything . What is more they have not admitted that my sandslas are wrongly labelled. They have offered me 20% off a new pair, which is no help considering the price.They claim the difference in size is part of the new design. Can't see why a new design should change the product from a size 8 to size 9 ??Because of this sizing mistake I am very unhappy when using my new sandals but don't have any option of changing them as these are very expensive sandals.I will not in future by any Clark products and disuade family and friends to do the same.Really good soft comfortable sandals, easy to fasten and enough adjustment for my high instep but in this case too large (UK7) and there's no size 6 or 6.5. Usual Clarks quality and I'm absolutely sure they'd have been a very good wear. I bought Merrell walking shoes in a seven last year and thought this seven would have a chance of making in but my feet were like a child's in these but that's no fault of the sandal, just me having baby feet! Lol ? ? ?The magnetic straps are super-cool. 10/10 for immediate comfort/no need to walk these in. I did think about going for a cheaper option but was turned off by the possibility of straps rubbing on heels. These things are like slippers and that's from someone good at complaining.
