I bought these to run in, but wore them for a day first to make sure they would be comfortable and do what they say they would. The material is soft, and it breathes. I did not like that the waistband was loose. I felt like they were going to fall down. They didn't cover my rear end like I would have expected, either. I'm not a big person, 5'3" and 125lbs. and these just didn't give the coverage I would have expected, also would not be possible to go up a size, due to the waistband. Also, the liner is only sewn on the backside, leaving the front side open, almost like a pocket. This is not very comfortable, because of shifting from walking. I won't be runing in these regularly, but will instead use them as backups.
