I do like the softness and the style but the pair I received needs more elastic/stretch. They pull on fine but then do not stay in place well. A size smaller would not make sense either. I am a cyclist/speed skater (re: hips & butt) that has gone up a size recently due to weight gain from injury and I was looking for under clothes to fit until hopefully I can return to normal weight. I bought several different brands in case one style was better for my figure than others. Sadly this was the losing item. All the others had enough stretch that once on, they stay against my skin and in place as they should. Best way I can describe the lack of elastic in these is if you've ever kept anything long enough with stretch that will still expand but no longer retreats back to it's initial state.
